Tenn Properties is a real estate investment and development company engaged in many types of development, primarily in middle Tennessee.  Tenn Properties’ land development division acquires undeveloped or partially developed commercial, residential or mixed-use property and develops finished lots that are sold to third-party home builders or commercial users.  Tenn Properties also owns and self-manages a portfolio of commercial, retail, office and industrial rental properties.  Many of the properties in the rental portfolio were developed and constructed by Tenn Properties or were purchased and improved to a like-new condition. Through relationships with strategic partners, Tenn Properties also invests in institutional-quality assets, including multifamily complexes, self-storage facilities and marinas.
